It's a basket case and it would cost 3 times it's value to restore but if the frame is solid and you can do the fiberglass work yourself and can figure out a power train swap, it would be cool. I bet you could get it for a grand. It's not for me but at least the price is somewhat reasonable and not listed for 20 grand.

Also, it would be worth 3k if it had the og engine and the parts weren't falling off. Search the"ovrrhaulin" europa episode and that should show you the fiberglass body work ahead. Nothing you can't do yourself after watching that show but the time and effort and dust and itching....
A 2.0 duratec swap is a popular option.
